See Me at The Riveter in Seattle on November 18!

October 12, 2019

Single people often feel like there are not enough resources for them in this world (I didn't!), and flying solo can be hard sometimes — so hard, in fact, I get a lot of questions about how to do it well. So it feels good and healthy, not disheartening and depressing. After authoring The Love Gap: A Radical Plan to Win in Life & Love, I started dreaming up this talk in particular. This one's for any single who's ever felt frustrated by the romantic landscape, the massive number of uncontrollables, and the lack of roadmap about how to do it right.

I will host an interactive talk on How to Be Single in 2019 at The Riveter in Seattle. I will dive into how to build a full, complete life while you’re dating, how to make sure that romantic highs and lows remain in perspective, and what skillsets should be in your romantic toolbox. Other core topics will include ethical dating (dating multiple people at once, communication, breaking it off without ghosting), situationships, how to tell if it’s someone is truly interested, doing a regular dating cleanse/detox, and the value of building friendships before relationships (or at least in equal measure!).

Come join us in Seattle on Monday, November 18. You can get tickets here — along with a copy of The Love Gap, in case you have yet to read about my groundbreaking new way to date. ;)
